The Artful schemes art studio is the product of Lynda Barth-Wollman’s vision to develop the creative expression within all people through problem solving. The program focuses on drawing, painting, watercolor, color pencil, and other 2D mediums which are used to cultivate creative curiosity. As the world orbits us into an ever-changing, unfamiliar place, art and the skillset needed to produce art provide the foundation of confidence and comfort to which people use to confront these new challenges. Art lessons offer opportunities for students to hold candles to the darkest of moments and create ladder rungs when the summit of life seems too distant a destination. By having a safe environment to explore themselves, students set the stage to enjoy advantages over others. From these self-developed advantages, students can positively invoke change in their lives and the lives around them.

 

With ongoing exposure to various forms of artistic expression, the improvements in fine motor skills, coordination, and concentration provoke boundless openings for success. The studio is an uninterrupted calming place wherein the artist explores, expands, works, and creates.
